A NEW DAY HAS COME

A new day has come

Finally I have managed to unchain myself from you,

Got you out of my head,

Got you out of my bed,

Got you out of my heart,

Got you out of my life.

You have been the reason of my life for a while,

I made your happiness my happiness,

Your tears became mine,

I tried to solve all your problems,

Started losing myself for you.

There wouldn’t have been anything

I wouldn’t have done for,

I opened my heart up to you,

And gave you everything I had,

My love, my care and my trust.

How could you have done such awful things to me?

You lied to me,

Made stories up about me,

And tried to destroy my life.

For what?

Wasn’t my love enough?

I have cried a million tears over you,

Tried to get to fix everything,

But the pieces of the broken heart back together again.

Whenever I tried, you did something new,

Something worse than before,

Made me break down,

And nearly made me lose my mind.

But today I can breath again,

Love again,

And move on with my life,

You might have scared my heart,

But as well showed me,

That I can have so much better than you.

A new day has come,

No more drama,

No more tears,

And I m happy that I can say, I don’t care about you anymore.

I don’t hate you by now,

You are just out of my life,

And I move on like you haven’t ever been a part of it.

I can smile again,

Have fun with my friends,

And just enjoy my life.

The new day has come for me.
