My grandmother Posession

My grandmother is a very religious person and since she was little she started collecting holy crosses. For my grandmother their holy crosses mean everything because she love to pray and be near to god. Her collection of crosses is big because every time she goes to a new place and sees a new kind of cross she buys it. She go to mass every single day I think that going to church everyday made her start her collection of holy crosses or motivated her. My grandmother in Christmas like to give all his nephews a cross or a holy spirit so he can protect us anywhere we are. The cross I have my grandmother gave it to me not to long ago and it means a lot because is a gift I received specially from her, it is not the first time she gives me a cross the last time she gave me a cross I was in a trip with my family and the necklace was very thin that when we where in the beach I went into sea and in a wave the cross went off from my neck and I lost it. When she went to Europe one of the places that my Grandmother wanted to visit was the Vatican because there is where the pope is and the most religious city in the world, when she was there she bought crosses blessed by the pope so she could had them in her house and also some to give away in the family. Now that things have been like this in Mexico my grandmother last Christmas gave holy crosses to all my cousins and told us to pray a lot and to be near good because things have got so much worst than they where and to pray so that one day the security in Mexico can improve. My grandmother always tell us that we have to be near Christ and if we are near him everything will be good. She has made me get more involved with the religion because of how she explain me the things. Its funny because her crosses are all around the house every Sunday we go eat to my grandparents house I see the holy crosses in most of the rooms so that is a possession that makes me remember of my grandmother every time I go to mass or see a cross.
