our love
OUR LOVE
He was beautiful but rough
He seemed interested
But it was complicated
I was judged in my own skin, it was unfair
My heart was bursting with rhythmic beats.
As his eyes danced over my body.
His lips touched mine in our own unspoken language.
Is this what I want, to be part of this timeless moment.
The tears roll out of my eyes and sting my cheeks
He wipes the tears away emotionless.
Slightly unfamiliar.
Our love.
I always whisper in his ear, I wanna be yours
And there it is lust or love what does it matter now.
Thoughts of this rare and beautiful creature over run my brain.
I can hardly breathe while waiting to hear what his heart is saying
Here is my soul on a silver platter
Devour my heart , body and mind with your love.
Until it becomes
Our Love.
