The Man Who used to love me

For the man who used to love me

Who adored me in every way

For the man who used to hold me

Loving ever more each day 

What or who has changed your heart

And how do I amend it back

Before we fall so far apart 

We need to mend the cracks

This poem is for the man who used to love me and showed it in every way

I'm calling out to win his heart like the meeting on our first day

So close your eyes and just remember of how we first begun 

Falling in love with one another and making life long plans 

This is for the man who loves me

May it never fade away
