You Hurt Me, I Hate You
You spoke thousands of words of truth
Or so I thought
For months you led me on
As if I was memorized by your fake charm
When I was with you
I felt as though I had it all
We planned a future
Then you let it fall
You did the only thing you were good at
You packed your bags
And walked out the door
Slamming it in my face full of tears
I had a fragile heart
It broke and the pieces are all over my floor
With no one to pick them up
You spoke words of hate
You wrote words to determine your fate
It helped me to realize
That you did not deserve to call me yours
You did not deserve a woman as beautiful as I
As intelligent as I
With so much going for me in life
No need to waste my time
On a little boy
You said what you had to say
Your words spoke wonders
And now I speak for myself years from today
THANK YOU
For helping me rid of you
Just another rut in the road
My heart will heal
A real man will pick up the pieces
And everything I now feel
Will be temporary
Because forgetting about you
Just became a much needed part of my life story

I'll be titling this poem "Thank you"...
Hating your lover for taking "any" decisions in wrong.
People often say things when they are mad, If you love him enough you could forgive him for that unless his lies (if any) is the reason for your hate.
You said THANK YOU so I guess you appreciate him as well for letting you be because sometimes love means also to let go..
